RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE/WARRANTY POLICY:
THIS SPECIFIC ITEM IS NON-REFUNDABLE. WE WILL EXCHANGE DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE UNITS ONLY AT OUR DISCRETION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE!

All returns, replacements, replacement parts, exchanges and refunds are subject to approval by JLTLC and *DuroStar management.
In order to return an item for refund or replacement you MUST contact JLTLC first. If you do not do so we can not offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must have an JLTLC/*DuroStar issued RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) in order to be accepted. Any items returned without an RMA # will be assessed a $20 service charge,
If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 30 days from the date of delivery, please contact us for assistance. A replacement item or refund will be offered at the sole discretion of JLTLC & *DuroStar based upon each individual situation.
We can not send you a replacement product unless our warehouse has received the damaged or defective product first.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any reason after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Warranty service will be provided by DuroStar but you must contact JLTLC first to obtain authorization for repair service. If you do not contact JLTLC first it will delay your request for service.
During warranty period, *DuroStar will repair or replace any part that, upon examination by *DuroStar, is found to be defective under normal use and service. Starting batteries are not warranted by *DuroStar. All transportation costs under warranty including return to the factory if necessary, are to be prepaid by the purchaser, unless otherwise specified by *DuroStar. All decisions of *DuroStar with regard to this limited warranty shall be final.
The DuroStar Limited Parts Warranty Does Not Cover:
1. Merchandise sold as reconditioned, used as rental equipment, floor/display models or items re-sold or for re-sale.
2. Merchandise that has become damaged or inoperative because of ordinary wear, misuse, cold, heat, rain, excessive humidity, freeze damage, use of improper chemicals, negligence, accident, over loading, over speeding, improper maintenance, improper operation, the use of accessories or attachments not recommended by JLTLC/*DuroStar, or unauthorized repair or alterations.
3. Expendable parts or accessories supplied with the product which are expected to become inoperative or unusable after a reasonable period of use.
4. Any incidental, indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense that may result from any defects, failure or malfunction of the products is not covered by this warranty.
5. Damage that occurs during transportation of merchandise to or from the warehouse.

* Lift Gate Service is a smaller truck with a hydraulic lift on the back of the truck that can raise and lower heavy items with ease.
Requests for lift-gate service must be made before you pay as there is an additional $75 fee for this service which will be added to your invoice total.
