This custom Gaylord configuration is made to hold 48" high Gaylord boxes with or without a pallet (48" and 54" bar heights). The chute width is 52" and can hold wider boxes or containers if necessary. The dump height for this Gaylord dumper is 60" at the edge of the chute when dumping as it is rotated up (the total rotated height of the unit is 148"). This model hydraulic Gaylord Dumper has a total capacity of 2,000 lbs. Level height prior to rotation is 77".
Maximum rotation the hydraulic Gaylord Dumper is 135 . The Internal 2HP power unit and hand held control are standard. Foot control is also available. Protective mesh side screens included. Heavy-duty welded steel construction. The Gaylord Dumper has a painted blue finish.
