This Installation & Operation Manual is shown as FORM 30781 Rev. B (Oct. 2000) and has 24 pages of information on the installation and operation of the listed fryer models. This is the manual a new owner of these fryers would have received.
This 8 1/4" x 11" catalog is staple bound and hole punched for three-ring binder use. Book may show some light soiling, pen/pencil or applied labels but overall is in Very Good or better condition... tight, complete and totally readable.
