Hot stamp machine to do gold foil stamping. condition is Used and some surface rust that could be cleaned off with some elbow grease. However works and all parts move just need some help

the jaws are approx 5 inches widethe throat is approx 10 inches the units about 20 inches tall from ground up. its a Howmet model HP made by peerless press
the anvil is 1 x 21/2there are many adjustments to ration of head to work.. and so this unit is versitile.
person we bought it from used to cut webbing by inserting a blade to make custs and seal.
I would guess a unit like this today would cost like 3000.00 up
condition used with surface rust.in placesotherwise appears complete
