Reads flat, U and V bottom polystyrene or polyvinylchloride, 1x12 or 1x8 strips, in 8x12 or 4x10 well formats. Can use plates with sealers or lids, and can read plates used for agglutination buttons. Comes with five filters 410, 450, 490, 570, and 630nm. Has flexibility, including multiple blanking options, curve fit, difference and threshold parameters. Accommodates up to 50 user-defined protocols and the last 20 plates of data. Uses a 50 watt tungsten halogen lamp.
