These machines are amazing, EASY AND PROFITABLE, they make a variety of different drinks at the touch of a button, perfectly every time, There are two bean hoppers on the top that feed beans to the grinders, one for regular and one for decaf. A refrigerated compartment in the machine holds two gallons of milk, one regular and one low-fat. when selecting a drink, the machine automaticaly grinds the proper amount of beans, makes the shot, steams/froths the milk and puts it all in the cup, single or double. The grounds fall into a bin in the middle behind the two doors. There is a display and a keypad that displays information about the machine like temps,diagnostics, settings, number of drinks made durring the life of the machine, a seperate user resetable drink counter and can even tell you how many of what drinks were made. if your milk or beans are low, and mutch more. Can make just hot water or coffee, steamed milk, ect. They can be wired into a standard 220/240V single phase or 208-240V 3 phase. And they have the reputation of being the most dependable machine made.

Here is the story of these 3 machines: They were bought new several years ago.. I beleive 2003. They were put into heated storage/inventory in the company I work for, forgot about, and never installed. Durring a cleanup effort, I was able to purchase these from the company. They were in their factory wrapping/packaging, the people doing the cleanup of the storage area unwrapped 2 of them to see what they were, I brought them home 1 still wrapped, 2 unwrapped. See photos. The factory instructions for electrical connections are still on the ends of the cords. and everything inside still in its factory packaging.

!!There is a process of switching some jumper wires in the machine for whatever voltage/phase you will use, instructions in the little pamplet attached to the end of the cord!!! for me I wired it the same as to power a dryer 220/240 single phase. The cum total (lifetime counter for # of drinks made) reads 0, the date and time was todays date amazingly after sitting for so long!!!
after the machine went through its warmup cycle, I pushed a drink selection, The machine came to life and one of the grinders started turning and you could hear all of the processes working in the machine, and out came hot water. I did not have milk or beans in the machine, I didnt want to go through the cleaning process until I am ready to use it. The machine told me that the beans were empty and milk was low. I cheked the temperatures with the handy little keypad/display and all were normal, i.e. Steam temp, water temp, milk refrigerator compartment temp (see photos) ect.
after I made 2 drinks (without beans and milk of coarse), the cummulative counter read 2
-I contacted the company that manufactures these, Concordia Coffee Systems, They verified the serial numbers and told me that they were sold but never installed and they keep records of that stuff. Manuals, Parts and service are still available for these.

This Machine is listed $200 cheaper than the other one simply because it was unpackaged when I recieved it!!!
