TOPCON GPT-3007N 7" PRISMLESS TOTAL STATION
GPT-3000N series Reflectorless Total Stations. Topcon is pleased to announce the introduction of the new TOPCON GPT-3000N series of long range reflectorless total stations. These new instruments make use of the very latest Pulse Laser technology to ensure accurate and reliable non-prism measurements. The GPT-3000N features a 24 key-keyboard and an internal memory of 24000 measured points or coordinates.
With a non prism distance measuring range of 250m and a pulse laser measuring beam which is Laser Class 1, the GPT-3000N series is the ideal tool for construction site use or for making measurements in crowded areas where laser safety considerations are important.
Using unique Pulse Laser technology, Topcon have developed a narrow, stable beam which produces a stable measuring spot for non-prism measurements. This allows accurate measurements at longer distances but also improves the ability to measure to difficult surfaces, such as asphalt, at shorter distances.
For measuring corners or other points where the measurement beam will be reflected from different surfaces, Topcon s Pulse Laser technology has the ability to identify the reflection from the required point, thus filtering out the unnecessary signals.
For long range measurement to a prism, a broader beam is used but this has very high stability, allowing measurements to 3,000 meters and excellent performance in conditions of heat shimmer.
The GPT-3000N series is equipped with a visible red laser point to identify the point being measured without looking through the telescope. This is a Class 2 laser and can easily be turned on and off by a simple key press. All models come standard with Point Guide, the Topcon system of 2 LED lights to assist stake-out, by indicating the correct setting out direction.
The GPT-3000N series consists of 5 models GPT-3002N, GPT-3003N, GPT-3005N and GPT-3007N and GPT-3007N LITE with 2 (0.6mgon), 3 (1.0mgon), 5 (1.5mgon) and 7 (2.0mgon), angle accuracy respectively. All have minimum angle reading of 1 (0.2mgon) except GPT-3007, which has 5 (1mgon) minimum reading and have 2 side dot matrix graphic displays and 24 key keyboard.
Waterproof, robust construction
The GPT-3000N is designed for the harsh working environments encountered on surveying and construction sites. With water and dust protection to IP66 standard, the GPT-3000N series can be relied upon to perform whatever the weather or site conditions.
On all GPT-3000N Series the Roads functionality is available as standard. This Roads functionality consists of two major components; defining complete roads and stake out roads.
