You can see by the scope photos that I was able to set up the unit to create delayed events based on the setting of the front panel delay selector switch. The scope photo shows the input (top) and the delayed output (bottom) because this setup used a constant trigger, the result was effectively a divide-by-n. You could just as easily set this up with a single event trigger and then use this device to delay n clock counts and generate a trigger output.
I only tested a few values of the switches and what you see here is what I got.
