Based on the great success of the Vibiemme Double Domo in the USA over the last year, Vibiemme has designed the Vibiemme Double Boiler Junior. With the same high quality found in the larger machine, the Vibiemme Double Boiler Junior offers the same capability of:
* turning the steam boiler on/off independently of the coffee boiler
* ability to extract espresso and steam milk at the same time
* ability to change the temperature of the water in the coffee boiler using an adjustable thermostat found under the top cup warmer cover.
* Double boilers - the user can operate a coffee boiler and steam boiler independently of each other.
* Polished stainless steel body panels.
* Manual Operation - The operator uses the small lever on the right side of the grouphead to manually start and stop the extraction of the espresso coffee
* Professional grade brass portafilters - one portafilter with single spout and single filter basket and one portafilter with dual spout and double filter basket
Like the Double Domo, this fantastic machine still boasts:

* Brew and steam pressure gauges (Boiler pressure gauge to indicate steam boiler pressure (reading will vary between 1.1 and 1.5 bar pressure). The setting can be varied by adjusting the pressurstat through the access port under the cup warmer tray on top of machine. Pump pressure gauge to indicate brew pressure during espresso extraction (reading will vary while not extracting)).
* Heavy vacuum breaker valve.
* One-way valve to eliminate back pressure from the boiler
* Coffee Boiler capacity: 0.60 liter solid vertical copper boiler - Heating Element - Brew boiler 600 watts controlled by bulb thermostat adjustable with 2 degree C increments
* Steam Boiler capacity: 0.75 liter solid vertical copper boiler 70mm diameter - Heating Element - Steam Boiler 1000 watts controlled by a Jaeger pressurstat.
* Low water level light in middle indicates when water level in water reservoir in rear is low.
