This is a CNC operated Bullard VTL from our own machining operation. We have our own service techs who have meticulously maintained it with all scheduled maintenance and repairs. It is in excellent running condition and can be viewed under power in our Stoughton Ma. facility. The specifications are as follows:
CNC VTL Bullard DYN-AU-TROL 66 chuck, 78 dia. swing, 58 work piece height; X axis soft travel limits +79.8 , -70.2 , Z axis +.17 , -23.87 GE Fanuc O-T control, 66 dia. 4-jaw independent chuck;
75HP spindle, 5-30 RPM low range, 20-135 RPM high range; 4 station turret hydraulic / unidirectional; 2- bore, 4 dia. tool holder capacity
Sony glass scales positioning; Fanuc axes motors; 2.25 Ball Screw X/Z;
Floor space (with door swings): 280 wide x 160 deep x 205 high; weight=80,000 lbs; Chuck face is 38 from floor.
