It's easy to add your favorite seasonings to meats with this ALL STAINLESS STEEL hand-operated meat mixer. The paddle operation does virtually all the work! The mixer has a 7 gallon tank capacity and working capability of up to 44 pounds of mixture. A removable paddle and stainless steel construction make for easy cleaning and durability. This MIXER measures 12 1/4" long x 11 1/4" wide x 16 1/2" high and weighs 25 pounds. This mixer includes a gear reduction on the crank to make for easier mixing. Works great for mixing wild game sausage, hamburger, and other meat products. Also this mixer comes with a lid.
