Transfer tape & magnetic material dispenser
One double transfer tape & magnetic material dispenser.
4 pin clips. (to hold the pipes in the frame)
4 3" plugs for the ends of the transfer tape. You can use the plugs that come with vinyl as well if preferred.
2 4" plugs for the ends of the magnetic material
2 Tension clamps. (Prevents undesirable lateral movement of the material as it is being pulled out. A very desirable option.
This frame will take 24" wide materials. That is 24" Magnetic on the top and one transfer tape roll or more depending on your requirements on the bottom. The plugs are beveled for just the right snug fit to slip into the ends of the material core. There are a couple of tension clamps included to allow you to keep the rolls tight and snug in the frame preventing undesirable lateral movement. That makes pulling out the material and laying it exactly at the right place possible every time. Side movement of the material is very undesirable.
The entire end frames is made of Oak. As you know, Oak is very strong and allows you to mount the dispenser ends strongly to any table or surface. Simply attach them with 1/4 " carrage bolts. This item is American made in my sign shop by myself and another disabled veteran. We use recycled very dry Oak. It is resawned, planned and resized. It makes very strong items because of its age and dryness of the wood. You may sometimes see evidence of previous use where a staple or nail was used before, but nothing that would reduce the strength or keep it from being suitable for the job.
