This is for a NEW, in the PACKAGE, SAFARILAND, brand POLICE HOBBLE RESTAINT CORD Not sure if this is still made by Safariland, but this is a vintage item.
Made of a tough nylon, with heavy duty Brass Metal work. This also comes with the instruction papers.
The package is marked Safariland part number DL-1
The hobble is NEW and in EXCELLENT condition.
