Either unused or in like-new condition - the piece is clean and undamaged. The black o-ring shows little to no wear. Brand unknown.
The bore diameters are ~2mm. With stopcock plugs there are often body size variations within a given bore diameter, so be sure to check dimensions below to see if the other attributes are compatible with your glassware.
Since the bores are slanted, alignment may be more complicated. Here are the positions of the bores:
On the side of the taper where the bores are closer to the top, the bores are 12mm & 22mm from the top of the plug. On the side where the bores are closer to the bottom, the positions are 21.5mm & 31mm from the top of the plug. These positions are judged by the center of the bore.
