* A. This tools is very durable and the quality is in fact comparable to more famous brands.
* A. The Pro-X takes standard staples and cleats that are readily available at any hardware store. We recommend the Bostitch brand staples and cleats.
* Q. What thickness of flooring is this tool suitable for?
* A. The Pro-X can be used to install virtually all standard thickness of hardwood flooring. It has two interchangeable base plates for that purpose.

* A. If within the warranty period, your tool fails for any reason, return it to us and we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. We have service technicians who are trained and qualified to service these tools.
