Commercial Retail Shelf Shelving White 40"x14" For Heavy Duty Slotted Standards
* 22" between pegholes (9" to each side edge)
* 12" from back of shelf to peghole (2" to front edge)
* this shelf probably best combined vertically with S1 or S2
* use bracket style 1 (B1) exclusively, or bracket B3 can be used to combine these with other shelves S1 through S4 (with gaps) using a B3/B4/B5 combination.
Designed for a slotted standards retail shelving system. I have several other types available which may or may not necessarily be shown in the pictures included but they are all very similar with the exception of the length and position of the peg holes. They are wood and covered with a thick vinyl or melamine in white. Not a cheap covering, but designed for heavy duty retail use. These shelves were to be used in a Wilson's Leather store but appear to have never been installed.
This system is designed to be used with a wall bracket called universal (heavy duty) slotted standard. The heavy duty standards you will need have 1" slots that are spaced 2" center to center. I do not have any of these available but they are sold by many other retail display companies. Slotted standards are a very common and versatile type of shelf system so are readily adaptable to just about any type of retail application (you may recognize the square tubes with slots cut in them.)
Although designed for commercial use, this system could be easily used in the home also, especially if you would like a sturdier sytem for your furnishings, valuable collection or even in the garage or workshop.
