Are offer, it for a rare find in food preparation, butcher supply,
a vintage 1961, used meat tenderizer,
it a Berkel Brand, model 1712 mark on tin plate under the cover.
Switch it on and, It start running immediatly.
Cable a little bit old and used, but presently do the job,
as the machine show how old is it, have minor rust surface little all around,
white paint are turning little bit yellowish, rusty paint could represent 3-10% of the surface.
Some part are made of aluminum or maybe steinless, not sure,
because i know only little about it,
cutter and reed look good, will need little cleaning before re-used it,
and maybe little check-up by proffessional,
to re-install it good and to ensure it safe for your personal or proffessionnal use.
because, what you're see and what it describe, it what you will get.
From what im knowing, it was used in a village in years 1970's to 1980's and store for many years.
