What is the format of these database lists ? The files come in Comma Delimited Text files (CSV) which can be imported into almost any email program (such as Outlook), MS Word (for mail merge, labels, envelopes, etc) or any other contact management software such as Excel or Access, or Notepad. The lists are compressed into a self extracting rar file .exe, the Database will uncompress into .CSV text files.
