Komatsu SK1020N - no - 6' bucket - bradco forks
This is my personal Komatsu SK 1020N Skid Steer and it runs excellent. I am the second owner and the original owner was a landscape contractor who used it primarily to load much, top soil, etc. The machine has never been abused and has been maintained professionally at all times. I bought it to put in a driveway and yard space around my house, and I also used it to remove snow at our home and around our church. The skid steer has worked exceptionally well.
It is a real workhorse, with 68 Horsepower and a 3,000 pound lift capacity. It has a 6 foot bucket with a nearly new cutting edge on it and a set of barely used Bradco forks is included as well. When I bought the machine it needed tires but I ran the old tires, then when I decided to sell the machine I wanted the new owner to have no worries (something I learned from my Dad) so I put brand new tires on, they have less than 25 hours on them.
It has a two speed transmission which works flawlessly and it also has high flow hydraulics and the industry standard quick attachment set up for attachments. I bought the machine so I wouldn't have to continually rent one during my driveway and yard work. I have owned it for a year and a half and have put about 250 hours on it and it runs great. I would take it to any jobsite tomorrow and not be afraid to put it to work.
