This is a electrical 3 phase machine. Ideal for ice cream shop and small handicraft enterprise, you can make all kind of popsicle sticks of any flavor with all kind of fruits. Produces 300 popsicles / hour and I have sticks and The liquid commercial Ethanol to cool faster. I used this machine in a ice cream shop but then I open a restaurant and now I'm not using it any more.
