The Agilent E4861A ParBERT 2.7Gb/s Data Module module is one VXI slot wide and can contain two front-end plug-in cards (E4862A/64A: 2.7 Gb/s / 1.65 Gb/s Generator Front-End or E4863A/65A: 2.7 Gb/s / 1.65 Gb/s Analyzer Front-End).
* Generate pseudo random word sequences (PRWS) and standard PRBS up to 231-1
* Analyze bit error ratios with user-defined data, PRBS or mixed data from parallel ports
* Generate and analyze at data rates of 333 Mb/s to 2.7Gb/s / 1.65 Gb/s
* 8 Mbit memory depth per channel
* Data output: differential or single-ended
* Transition Time (20%-80%): 90ps typ @ECL, LVDS
* Data input: differential or single-ended
