The best part is helping business owners with a performance based agreement, meaning if you cannot save them money, there is no fee due. Typical fees are 30% to 50% of the savings and usuallly amount to well over $10,000 even on small business owners. Just a couple of clients a month can net you over $10,000 per month in fees to you. You can hire sales reps to bring you deals or you can easily make an offer to a business to perform the service on a contingency fee basis and get a large percentage of the business owners to agree to allow you to try to recover money for them in exchange for a percentage of the savings upfront plus a percentage of the savinngs for the remainder of their lease term. You can also negotiate to be paid upfront if you desire.
This is not a business opportunity. I bought this system and would be selling my sole affiliate interest with all paperwork, agreements, brochures, training manuals, measurement tools, and sales manuals we use. I paid $12,900 and have made many, many times more than that.
This business can be done in any city, any industry, any size company. Getting clients is easy because you are not charging them one penny upfront and only getting paid from the results you get them, which is usually quite large. You can negotiate to get paid upfront, but that is up to you. You can also get paid from the ongoing savings you create for them, plus easily get other business owners in the same mall or shopping center after you have found savings for the first one.
Be ready to work this as a real business and remember it will take apporximately 30 days start to finish on smaller clients, and sometimes several months on larger deals, but well worth it. You can start it part time and grow at your own pace. There are many possiblilities to add on other products and services as I have to make alot of money in addition to the lease auditing.
