The Control Box unit was power tested and DOES power on. We have NO cables for the control box... we're not sure exactly how to test it further.
Both the control box and the meter have a part number on the back reading DSR10M.
We did not see a way to power on the meter itself... if you know how to power the meter with the equipment we have here in the pics, please email us at ****@gmail.com and we will be glad to do what we can to test it further.
