Nor-cal ? check valve / muffler / back pressure
It appears to be similar to a muffler with padding on the inside of the straight thru tube. One end has a spring loaded plate on the inside that appears to take 15 psi to open, as the is a label on the side that reads Static Check 15 PSI on the side of the tube. Is this to stop back pressure? Well is you know what it is or what it is called please let us know.
Comes with o-ring, cap and clamp on one end only.
