This versatile dough roller provides fast, safe rolling of dough balls in seconds for cinnamon rolls, pizza, pies, and dough pieces for rectangular shapes such as croissants or puff pastry, etc. Large 20 roller handles super size pizzas or 18 x26 sheet pan sizes, while minimizing operator fatigue. Rollers adjust easily. Note in the photo that there are 8 settings on the lever. Safety interlock automatically shuts machine off when any panel is removed for cleaning or service. Made of heavy-duty welded steel construction. It is made to sit on a counter or bench. We used this dough roller in a bakery that recently closed. It worked fine when last used. Could use a little cleaning up.
