Atmos-Tech Pass Thrus are standard cleanroom equipment for providing an air lock between two controlled areas. The doors are interlocked to prevent cross contamination between two cleanroom areas. The pass-thru shall provide and air lock for optimum retention and prevention of cross contamination of the controlled atmosphere within the cleanroom area.
