Great for use as a small on site temporary or permanent office, construction site, security building, truck scale booth, hunters cabin, ticket booth, road side shop, used car dealer office, sales office and many more uses.
Unit has a front mounted HVAC unit. Power requirement is 120 / 240 V. We can deliver and setup for an additional cost locally or we can help you find and arrange a long haul freight vendor to bring the unit to your location across the country. Unit comes with a Bill of Sale, a Certificate of Origin is available.
If you pick the unit up, you will be responsible to provide lights and safety chains. Unit must be picked up on weekdays before 2 P.M. to allow for hookup and paperwork.
