* Starrett No. 254 Height Gage, 60" - calibrated and certified 12/08/2009.
* This is a very good unit - note the "pictured" certification.
* The pictures should show the external conditions, call or email if there is any question.
* We would say that it is in very good condition for a used gage - there are no extraneous markings.
* The up-down control on the base, the locking mechanism, and the release mechanism all operate as they should. The engraving is clear and the scriber-point is not damaged. The sliding "feel" is smooth throughout its travel.
* The accuracy is particularly good - maybe related to the engraved word "special" - .001" maximum..
