Cut to length line 1"


This line is set up to process 3/16" to 1" thick, steel coil up to 120" wide max, up to 100,000 lb max.
Coil ramp for pre-loading up to 3 coils.
Coil elevator up to 100,000 lb.
Coil cone box uncoiler up to 100,000 lb with slide rail function for easier feed-up and coil peeling.
Pope leveler 4 over 3 with all roll adjustment as well as seperate adjustment for outside top rolls, capacity 1" x 144", Includes Hydraulic drive motor and Hydraulic pump unit that controls the entire line and electronic operator control stand.
2 ea. 10' x 10' transfer tables with entry roll.
This line is good operating condition and is still in operation.
