The last of the domestic manufactured Milwaukee hammers, still one of the best quality wise on the market. I repair all makes of professional percussion drills and demo hammers, and pound for pound this is still one of the most sought after by professionals today. You will get a lot of service out of this hammer, and parts are still available if you should need repairs in the future. It uses the most popular and readily available bits and chisels used today.
Spline drive bits, available at all contractor or building supply stores
Internal clutch slips when bit jams, protects both tool and operator
Two operating modes, hammer with rotation and hammer only. Stop rotation mode separates internal rotation gears when not in use which greatly improves hammering action and lengthens tool life. This feature is not available on cheaper hammers.
Bit lock designed for easy bit removal
Dust shield for hex shank chisels, to replace bit dust shield on tool used with drills
Can drill up to 1-1/2" holes with solid bits
Drills up to 3-1/2" holes with thick wall core bits, 6" holes with thin wall core bits
