Used Hewlett Packard / Agilient 4271A 1MHz Digital LCR Meter.
Call any of the online vendors and this unit is selling between 2,000.00 and 3,500.00 used. I am selling it lower because I have no knowledge of testing the equipment. As you can see in the photos, it powers up.
It does not come with a power cord. I used a standard computer power cable the ones with the 3 vertical slots.
DESCRIPTION (from other sources)
The 4271A Digital LCR Meter features automatic high speed measurements of low value L (1000 nH-1000 H), C (10 pF-10 nF) and R (10 ohms-10 kohms) components at 1MHz. Dissipation factor or conductance is also measured. The 4271A has a basic measurement accuracy of 0.1% to 1.2% with minimum resolution of 0.1 nH, 0.001 pF or 1 m ohm. Four-terminal pair measurement technique is used to reduce errors due to electromagnetic coupling of leads as well as reducing residual inductance or stray capacitance.
