Constantin's Bakery in Dallas, TX has been providing bread to DFW since 1998. We are proud to present a seller refurbished GLOBAL Horizontal Mixer. Model number GM-1-R.
This type of mixer can produce in a short time, softer and more homogeneous dough allowing the processing of products for pastry shops and bakeries with excellent results. It is equipped with one timer which allows setting the mixing time.
200 Lbs of flour / 400 Lbs dough
Heavy duty to assure many years of trouble free performance.
All welded heavy gauge steel frame and stainless steel bowl, have smooth, easy to clean surface.
Stainless steel Sigma or Roller arms.
Bowl has 2 stainless steel dough breakers.
Includes electrical timer, start/stop and job button.
Available in automatic or manual dump.
Silo & water meter attachments available.
Like new condition. Repainted and fully tested.
