Efd 1500XL fluid paste dispenser complete kit warranty
The 1500XL dispenser increases yields and reduces rejects in assembly processes by using a timed air pulse to apply the same amount of adhesive, caulk or other liquid or paste on every part. It can also be used with a "pressure pot" storage system to provide the heart of a very precise filling or injection system for markers, paint pens, etc.
One of the best features of the 1500XL is the vacuum pull-back system. The vacuum control allows low viscosity fluids, even water, to be consistently dispensed without dripping between cycles. The vacuum exerts a negative pressure on the fluid in the barrel and prevents dripping.
The timer is very easily programmable and includes a procedure to set the timer by observing the size of the dispensed droplet of paste or fluid.
This is an ideal dispenser for electronic assembly, gasket formation, craft work and any application requiring precise dispensing.
Unlike hand syringes, dental picks and other manual tools that rely on operator judgment to control the amount of adhesive applied, precision timer in the 1500XL makes it easy for any worker to make accurate, consistent deposits.
This particular unit is in good condition inside and out. There are a few minor scratches and nicks in the case. It powers up properly, the digital timer can be adjusted and counts down properly, and the solenoid operates correctly. It has been tested and works properly: the gauges read, the regulator and timer adjust, the dispense function works.
This complete ready to use dispensing system includes:
* NEW Foot switch in excellent condition - may or may not be the one shown in the photo
* 10 3cc (shown in pictures) or 10cc (your choice) syringes with 1 new connector hose and barrel diaphragms to prevent fluid flow-back into the dispenser
* 8 assorted dispensing tips
* All you need to provide is compressed air, a fluid or paste needing dispensing, and ordinary 120 volt AC voltage supply.

If this unit fails to function properly, please return it to me. At my expense I will at my option, either repair the unit, or refund the price of the unit (I will deduct $35 for the footswitch if it is not returned with the unit; the hoses and barrels are yours to keep in any event) or replace it with a unit of similar functionality (the unit will be EFD, but may or may not be the same model).
In the event of a refund, I will keep the defective unit that was returned for repair.
After repair of the unit, the warranty will run until the expiration of the original warranty.
