I HAVE REDUCED THE PRICE OF THIS COLLECTION, BUT THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL LIST THIS. IF IT DOESN'T SELL I'LL SELL THE INDIVIDUAL BUNDLES.
Over the years I had a part-time woodworking shop where I made boxes, tables, music stands and other veneered items. I sold them at local craft and art shows. I have recently retired from teaching and am closing my shop. I really don't want to sell this beautiful wood by the bundle so I would like to find someone near Southwestern Michigan who can bring a truck, van, or trailer and take everything at once. There is easily over 4,000 ft. of veneer here plus a nice selection of hardwood lumber.
The species include: Cherry; Oak; Curly Maple; Sycamore; Elm; Maple Burl; Walnut; Walnut Burl and Swirl; Anigre; Mahogany; Bubinga; Satin Wood; Lacewood; Birdseye Maple; Pau Ferro Rosewood; English Brown Walnut; Quilted Maple; Mottled Maple; Mozambique plus some other species which I probably forgot.
One stack is long pieces (over 6 feet to about 9 feet long), and another stack is of short pieces about 30" long perfect for boxes and small projects. By the way, the measuring stick shown in some of the pictures is a 72" long rule, so that gives you some idea of the measurements of the stack!
You can use this veneer over a lifetime to create beautiful items, or you can sell it bundle by bundle. I just don't want to deal with selling it by the bundle. Many nice flitches, especially nice and many bundles of Maple Burl.
There are probably fifty or so pieces of Hardwood, mostly narrow pieces up to about 6" wide and mostly about 3 feet long...perfect for small projects. Some is rough, some surfaced. Most of the hardwood is not shown in the pics.
