New 20X16X3 aluminum cnc router mill with ballscrews
This is about as good as it gets in this price range. This CNC router table has a 20y x 16x x 3z envelope to work from and is 3d capable.The X and Y axis have ball screws and the Z has a lead screw.X and Y Axis are supported on 16 mm round precision "supported" linear rails with linear seals/wipers.The Z axis runs on 2 heavy duty linear blocks with wipers All the framework is constructed from aluminum extrusions and flat stock and is very stiff. The 16 mm ballscrews are 5mm/rev in pitch and high precision and supported in ball bearings and operate very smooth and precisely.The Z axis is controled with a fine lead screw.
The Aluminum table extrusions are slotted so that t-slot nuts may be used to mount the included piece of 3/4 MDF or any type of fixture(vise...etc) you imagine for this machine. The fasteners are Stainless steel .
CNC routers are used for many purposes and are very versatile.they can make guitar parts,rc car parts, rc airplane parts,cut plastic,carbon fiber,wood and make light cuts in Aluminum.Not for steel though.. In a nutshell they will cut any soft material up to aluminum.CNC routers can do anything a CNC mill can in soft materials!!!
