Front & back labeler with top hold down belt
Hello, What I have for sale is a front and back labeler with a top hold down belt. The make is KK&KK, and the manufacturer is from Asia. The unit appears to be approximately 15 years old (give or take), but runs great. The product sensor is fibre optics, and the unit labels very fast. The top hold down belt will go as high as 13" approx. The conveyor is 4" wide. We ended up getting a Quadrel front and back, and found that it's easier for our oval bottles, that require absolute accurate orientation placement. The KK&KK does a fine job orienting flat oval bottles, but it's not completely perfect, you may get a 1/4" tolerance from time to time. For bottles that are not flat ovals, you'll be laughing. We produce salad dressings, so the shape of our bottles is a pain in the butt to label. We are located in Windsor Ontario, Canada, you can come down to test the equipment with your labels, it's not a problem.
