TITANEX Model V160E Vertical antenna for 160, 80 and 40 meters amateur radio DXing use. This mighty Titanex is a world champion, top performance vertical, quite possibly the world s best vertical for 160 meter use. Stands at approximately 85+ feet tall. Construction is of both aluminum and titanium metals. This antenna provides for powerful magic on the low bands.

Huge DX signals have been in the works using this powerful Titanex antenna, from rare DXpeditions and contesting sites such as VK9, 3B9, C56, FW2, S21, KH7 (Kure Island), 9M0, A52, T31 and many more.
Including in this listing is the 5kW tuning box (photo) which measures at approx 15.5 inches high and 5.5 inches deep; transparent cover included (not in photo); provides for relay switching. Included are the European custom made guying ratchets. Radials are NOT included, usage at the option of seller.
Also included is the 4 foot (approx) heavy-galvanized ground mounting I-bar and a smaller mounting plate for more temporary or roof-top installation (two separate items).
The combination of the Titanex antenna and tuning box sells new for approximately $2200 USD, depending on the Euro/Dollar exchange rate.
