Profitable e-commerce website. make money

Protein Hunter is an online retail store aimed primarily at the sports supplements market. It has successfully grown from my idea into a fully-functioning website that is largely independent of input on a daily basis. For more details I have drafted a quick run down of what you may query about the business.
- What are the figures since open?
From opening on November 18th 2009 to March 31st 2010 we have had:
5729.39 for Total Costs of products
- What are the Overheads? Hosting etc?
- What are the inventory numbers? Margins etc
- Are there any factors I need to consider regarding location?
I am based in London but have run the business fine by emails so I dont see why anyone wouldn't be able to continue doing so. I believe you could run this business independent of location.
- Realistically - how many hours will I require to maintain this site (per day)?
Realistically 1-2 hours per day for pure admin and making sure everything runs smoothly. The system is automated so that when orders are placed they go straight to the suppliers. This utilises Mals Ecommerce shopping cart (that integrates with WebPlus X4).
- How many unique people are clicking onto the site each month for example?
Since December 2009 we have had 2,427 absolute Unique Visitors according to Google Analytics. Per month we are looking at about just over 600 uniques.
- Will you provide info on marketing website and making it search engine friendly?
Visits to the website are dependent on our advertising and we have only ever advertised through products on Google Products and Facebook/Twitter. As you can see the running theme was that I set up this business for next to nothing utilising all free pathways. I beleive that if you were willing to put money into advertising, premium ecommerce cart etc then alot of money will be made; money I dont have to put into the project. It is already been SEO optmised with over 185 urls already indexed in Google and a number in other search engines (62 in MajesticSEO, 8 in Yahoo, 5 in Ask; Backlinks: 46 in Yahoo). No affiliates thus far.
- And the magic question - why sell?
This was purely a hobby and something to put on my CV. I am now coming up to doing my Masters dissertation and looking for my first job and I am trying to offload before this hectic time. Also I beleive the next step for this business is some investment and I have no money for that. Ideally I'd like to find someone to take over the business and keep it running. This would be in my interest for it to look good on my CV as a prosperous enterprise and I would hope I might even ask the new owner to be a reference to confirm those details.
I will be available by email for questions regarding startup. I will only accept emails on this matter for 1 month after selling the business.
Finally if you have any further questions feel free to ask!
