"AIR WHIP" used in the bakery industry to whip large quantities of cream and other foods.
Base only. Has a black and Decker Motor. See views of underside.
I have plugged this in. The on and off switch needs to have wiring checked as only way to shut it off at present moment is to unplug it.
Has places on 2 sides for any heat build up which I didn't seem to be a problem to vent.
These were first manufactured in 1933 and Hobart beat all the other manufacturers in the industry with the introduction of this model.
2 nice Bakelite handles with "HOBART marked on them which could be salvaged
to make wonderful drawer pulls on ones old kitchen drawer.
