This is a BRAND NEW ROCKWELL MODEL livestock scale. 25,000 lb. capacity. Deck dimensions are 10 foot x 20 foot. This is a NTEP certified and legal for trade scale.

INSTALLATION - These scales are extremely easy to install! All you have to do is pour cement approaches and set the scale! Approximately 7 yards or less of concrete. Approaches must be 10 feet x 10 feet and level with deck. (check with your states weights and measures department, some states have different rules. You may not need that much length.)
WIRING - Wiring is simple! The 4 load cells are already wired into the scale and junction box! When setting the scale its as easy as placing the end of the load cell into the center of an eye bolt. The only wiring you have to do is to your scale house. The indicator will come with 20 feet (or more if requested) of load cell wire connected to it. You just have to connect 4 small wires into the junction box.
CERTIFICATION - These are NTEP certified scales, but you will need to hire a local scale technician to place it into service.
SERVICE - Rockwell Scales has been in business for over 30 years and is a trusted scale company to many. There are several scales we've installed and never had to service, however, they are electronic and electronics sometimes fail. In this case, any certified scale technician can service these scales. Electrical components can be acquired through us, or any load cell company. Your local service tech. should be able to find them without fault, if they don't already have them.
