Project enclosure - old adding machine housing

Use this housing from an old adding machine for your next project enclosure. There is a large, flat opening on the front that would be perfect for the controls - switches, a keypad, etc...
On the top, there is a domed clear plexi or plastic cover which could be removed or left in place to cover a display.
The back has another opening - perfect for connections, access to the internals, or just to be closed off with a blanking panel.
There are various other small holes throughout the enclosure and base. The enclosure is a thick plastic and the base is steel. The base is attached via two hooks, which provide for quick removal and access. It sits on four big rubber feet.
The front is labeled "Smith-Corona" and the back is labeled "LC Smith & Corona Typewriters Inc Made in USA"
This is perfect for your next project enclosure. So perfect it begs you to design something just to build in it.
