This item is new and in the original factory packaging.
The first picture is a stock image from the factory web site. The others are the actual fan you will recieve. It has not been removed from it's original box.
This is a spun aluminum, roof mounted, belt driven, down blast centrifugal exhaust ventilator. It has a 1/2 HP motor, with heavy duty regreasable bearings that are made to last over 200,000 hours.
