Vulcan VSX24G Convection Steamer-Excellent Condition!
The heavy duty stainless steel "slammable" doors can be opened any time during the cooking cycle; the steam production is shut off while the door is opened. There is a 1 1/4" drain in each compartment.
This steamer uses electronic ignition, and operates at 200,000 BTU/HR. There is a low water cut-off, automatic water fill, and an automatic generator blow down.
The compartment controls include a 60 minute dial timer with buzzer, a green "ready" and red "cooking" indicator lights. Each of the compartments has separate controls. Each compartment can hold: six 1" deep pans, three 2 1/2" deep pans, or two 4" deep pans.
