This item was tested to power on and light up but could not get anything to come up on the display, I think you may need a host unit like a cash register to test it to that extent. Comes with the power supply, numerical keypad (S-22RUTA), barcode scanner (LS4004I-I100) and this receiver type box in the middle that everything hooks up to. This pole display is a vacuum-fluorescent display that has four lines with 20 character spaces each. The barcode scanner was tested to light up and scan barcodes just fine. The rubber wire cover on the keypad cable is busted open but none of the wires seem to be frayed or anything like that.
