Air-powered driver with hydraulic pulse unit
The URYU U-610D Pulse Driver is a combination tool of a standard air motor and a unique hydraulic pulse unit. The high speed rotation of the air motor increases the oil pressure quickly in the front pulse unit to deliver repeated hydraulic pulse powers to the anvil for bolt and nut fastening and loosening job.
The non-impacting mechanism eliminates most of the wearing parts used in the traditional types of pneumatic impact wrenches and assures about five times longer tool's life. No special hydraulic facilitiy is needed, and the tool can be operated exactly in the same way as standard pneumatic impact wrenches.
Low noise and low vibration - The hydraulic pulse action minimizes noise and vibration creating little resonance out of work for operator's less fatigue.
Stable Torque Setting - the output torque runs fast up to the adjusted max. level and stays there maintaining itself constant and regardless of operation time. preciseness in torque is expected under usual condition of operation.
Easy torque adjustment - An adjusting screw is located in the front of the pulse unit casing for easy torque adjustment.
A hanger allows to attach the tool to a balancer, so that the impact wrench can be positioned over the work station for comfortable operation.
The wrench is in very good condition and has only a very few cosmetical damages.
