1.5kg Best Quality Cake Doughnut/Donut Mix
Makes approx 125 medium doughnuts
Great best quality doughnut mix, this mix is not the usual cheap mix that some people make doughnuts with, its the best quality and is only normally supplied to a very well known high street baker.
Easy to make best quality mix there is, it doesn't soak up the frying oil like a sponge as some others do this means saving money and being healthier.
The pack will be ideal for doughnut makers or simply great fun making them by hand with the kids! (believe me they enjoy the mixing and watching them cook!!) its dead easy although its a challenge to get the right shape if making them by hand!!!!
Cake Doughnut mix, makes seaside style donuts, and is the best quality mix there is, usually reserved for a well known high street baker. Simply mix and plop in the fryer, Ideal for mini doughnut makers.
If you own a doughnut maker just make up the mix and follow the machines instructions. Simply add half water and whisk, allow to stand and drop into the fryer, yummy!! The pack size will be 1.5kg which will be enough for arround 125 medium Doughnuts a few inches to the waistline!!!
It will be packaged in a plastic food bag labelled with the use by date, the ingredients and a recipe/ instructions.
There are Two Instructions that come with this, a normal standard one and a Catering one for those with trailers etc.........

Thank you for replying, the doughnuts are great, i had the oil to hot on the first try and i had a black doughnut, i let it cool and tried again and it was fine, perfect tasting doughnuts, My granddaughter "Emily" is going to love making and eating them.
