The Somerset CDR-2100 Dough Roller is the most advanced and compact, side-operated dough roller of its kind. It is ergonomically designed for easy operation, a great fit for small kitchen spaces, and it sheets dough to a uniform thickness in only seconds. With this dough roller, your food service workers will be able to make 500+ pieces per hour. It makes pizzas that are up to 20 inches in diameter.
CDR-2100 has many useful standard features for dependable operation, mass production, and easy cleaning and maintenance. Safety sensors are included for automatic shutoff. The machine is constructed (welded) in all stainless steel, making it sanitary and heavy-duty. It features simple handle adjustments to give exact uniform dough thickness. It has synthetic, spring loaded scrapers that are removable for cleaning. The large hopper will accept large pieces of dough to improve productivity. Its maintenance-free drive mechanism is isolated from the roller area.
The CDR-2100 uses a gear motor that is heavy-duty with 3/4 horsepower, maintenance free, single phase, 115V, 60Hz or 220V, 50Hz. Sealed ball bearings are used, which are permanently lubricated.
