This machine is rebuilt, tested and all set to run.
All you do is attach the air hose to your compressor (no electricity needed or electronics to screw up).
Put the large hose in your tank or barrel and push the foot pedal to dispense between 3-120 ml with extreme precision with each foot stroke. Product dispenses out the small hose. Move the hose from container to container or move the containers under the hose. This machine can take cylinder/piston sizes from 18 ml, 40 ml , 67 ml and 120 ml. i can try to accomidate which ever piston you want. Pick the one that is closest but higher than your requirements. For example if you are doing lip balms choose the 18 ml, so you can do 4.5 ml more accurately; If you are doing shampoo at 200 ml bottles take the 120 ml piston then you can dial it down to 100 ml and do two strokes per bottle. Note the 120 ml piston is $100 extra as they are new (not for sale seperately).
The pedal can be replaced with a solinoid valve to automate the machine and hook it into your PLC. We have an electronic device that can control your machine so that you can just push a pedal and the machine will continually fill and return strokes until the pedal is released. Price is $350. Can also be set so the machine only runs when the pedal is released; great for running hot product so it can continue cycling while you are changing trays or having lunch so the machine wont solidify, or for running a hot oil to clean out the machine.
We are able to fill 3000 lip balms an hour with this machine. (4.5ml) It fills each unit with perfect precision with out divits or over fills.
Perfect for hot fills like lip balms and candle tea lights.
We also fill shampoo and other thinner liquids with this machine. Lotions are okay if very light or hot.
It strokes so fast you could use multiple strokes per container to fill larger sizes.

This machine has the original hibar check valves removed and aftermarket swagelock style valves used instead; the advantage is that you can get replacements if needed very quickly from any local swagelock dealer. If you want the original hibar check valves we can give them to you for $250 extra as a replacement.
