Here is your chance to own one of the top quality concession carts on the market. This is the Big Top Pro manufactured by Big Top Concession Carts in the USA. We have been in the concession cart manufacturing business since 1995, however only as an export company for the rental industry. In early 2009, Big Top Carts were available for domestic US sales.
Each Big Top Cart is hand crafted in our factory in Florida at one location. Our carts feature a fully-welded steel frame (chassis) that can support over 900 pounds. The cart body, countertop, roof, door, and fenders are fabricated in hand-laid fiberglass material-not "chopped"-resulting in outstanding quality and durability. Each fiberglass part features a glossy and durable Gel-Coat finish so no painting is required. We offer our carts in three brilliant colors: Red, Yellow, and White.
Big Top Carts are designed for both mobile and/or stationary use and are equipped with (3) wheels reminiscent to carts of yesteryear. We use (2) nylon spoked 20" wheels with tubeless tires for the main wheels, and a 12" pneumatic swivel wheel, on the push handle side enabling cart to perform zero turn radius. Each wheel is rated at 300 pounds.
The body of the cart can hold 17 cubic feet of storage, not including water supply or gray water tanks (if required). To put this in perspective a 6' person can climb into the cart body and close the door. A large access door is included with all Pro carts (NOTE: the stainless steel door in the photo is no longer provided, we moved to a fiberglass door to matches the look of the cart body).
The roof not only provides shade and good looks but whose design was the inspiration for the "Big Top Cart" name. It too is all fiberglass construction with an aluminum frame for a quality, rigid construction. The cart in the picture is shown with our optional material roof cover that is easily pulled over the roof top and tailored to fit, requiring no other methods for securing. When the cart is in transport mode the roof poles are stored in the body, and the roof easily secures to the pole mounts fastened to the counter top. This works similar to a "pop-up" camper in tow mode.
Another feature is also another of our innovations to mobile cart design and that is our "kick-stand". The kit stand has been engineered to be able to lock the cart for stationary use position for stable carg vending. Easy to use, you simply push your cart into position, remove the lock pin, and lower the kick stand while moving the cart forward a couple inches. This design lifts the swivel wheel off of the ground and locks the kick stand into position. To make the cart mobile, simply roll the cart forward and raise the kick stand. All this can be done in just a few seconds.
At the show you can literally have your cart in place and fully set up in less than 5 minutes, and that's if you take a break! Big Top Carts are so versatile and can be used for almost any type of vending you have in mind. We have made them as Universal-Use carts: Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Hot Dogs, Ice Cream, Snow Cones.
