Packing: We use Instapak Foam-in-Place Packaging as well as other traditional packing materials to ensure your item is secure for transport.
Normal business hours are 8am - 5pm PST Monday through Friday - We do attempt to respond to all requests within 2 hours, 24 hours a day- even weekends.
Location: ServoSurplus, Corona, CA 92880 (Some items are located at other addresses in So. California, but pick-up will be from Corona, CA if needed)
DOA Warranty: An item said to be in working condition but received Dead on Arrival can be returned for replacement or refund (when no replacement is available) if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product. Incorrect or Damaged Product: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or you feel you have received an incorrect item, please retain the item and all packaging and notify us ASAP. Please e-mail photographs that show the damage to both the item and packing materials or that illustrates the part number or other significantly different features than what we advertised. We will work with you to correct any problems.
